Abstract
Despite Nigeria’s establishment of State Social Health Insurance Authority (SSHIA) to advance Universal Health Coverage (UHC), enrollment remains critically low (<5% nationally). Primary Healthcare Workers (PHCWs) are pivotal to healthcare delivery, yet factors influencing their SSHIS uptake in Cross River State are under-explored.
